Designed for busy professionals, international visitors, photoshoots, graduations, gala dinners, special occasions and corporate events, our on-location service brings The Makeup Room experience directly to you.
We regularly work with both local and international clients and are experienced in adapting makeup to different facial features, skin tones and beauty preferences. Each look is tailored to your individual features, personal style and the level of makeup you prefer. Consultations are available in English or Cantonese.

If you're travelling to Hong Kong for a business event, gala dinner, wedding, photoshoot or special occasion, our artists can provide hair and makeup directly at your hotel or venue.

Yes. Our services and consultations are available in both English and Cantonese.
Important Information
Transportation within Hong Kong is included. Additional charges may apply for outlying islands, remote areas, or locations without elevator access that require carrying equipment via stairs.
Early morning fees apply for appointments commencing before 10:00 AM. If your preferred appointment time is before 10:00 AM, please contact us prior to booking for a quotation.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated, and your original booking will remain confirmed.
Late Arrivals
To respect the time of all clients, please arrive promptly.
- Arrivals within 15 minutes of your scheduled time may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next guest.
- Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will be considered a missed appointment and will be cancelled without refund.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without notice.
- No-shows will forfeit the full payment, and no rescheduling will be offered.
- Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Payments & No Refund Policy
- Full payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
- All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for any cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
- By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
- We value your time and ours—last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients and maintain a high standard of service.
